Return & Exchange Policy

📦 Severely missing or damaged outer packaging (affecting resale);

🚫 Items that were confirmed unsuitable for return at the time of purchase;

📮 Application Method

Returns/Exchanges for Personal Reasons: Contact our after-sales email within 7 days of receiving the goods. The item must be in a condition suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Refund Process: After the courier company receives the goods, they will notify us. We will complete the refund within 15 business days.
